Join the Center for Creative Arts for a workshop that will introduce and develop your use of acrylic paints.  Acrylic paints are capable of creating the look of watercolor to a technique that can create a textured look that can resemble an oil painting.  All this, using water as your medium – therefore, eliminating the use of oil base medium and giving a finished piece more quickly.

Mary Ann has painted in all mediums as artist and muralist for the past 24 years under the name of: Painted Creations by Mary Ann.  Her murals and paintings are in homes and businesses from California to Seattle to Texas and South Carolina.  Even, Buenos Aires.

First Day – Discussion and Demonstration by Mary Ann.  A preliminary sketching exercise will be followed by hands on practice by the students so they will become comfortable with acrylic paint.

Second Day – More discussion and continue on to the completion of a piece.  One-on-One instruction.BA
