Join Marie Camenares for an immersive Introduction to Watercolor Workshop at SOBA Gallery. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore essential watercolor techniques.
We’ll begin with an introduction to the diverse materials that bring your art to life. You’ll learn about the characteristics of various papers and how their textures influence your work, the differences between brushes and how to choose the right ones for precision and expression, and the unique properties of watercolor paints that help create vibrant, luminous scenes.
As the class progresses, you’ll gradually build your skills through guided exercises, culminating in the creation of your very own finished painting.
