After School Arts Programming

SOBA provides art classes to The Boy’s and Girl’s Club as a free after school program.  We also offer children’s classes in all forms of art both after school and on weekends in our Center for Creative Arts building.

SOBA Scholarship Program

The Naomi McCracken Scholarship is supported by the generous donations of Naomi’s family.  The finalists are chosen by the art teachers at each school and then interviewed by members of the board at Soba in conjunction with McCracken family members. The students submit a portfolio of their work and a paper on their career plans and achievements to date.  The Scholarships are awarded based on talent and dedication.

If you are a teacher and/or would like more information on any of our programs, please contact us.
