I am a watercolor artist who uses Botanical subjects as my inspiration. I think of myself as a portrait artist whose subjects are botanical. Capturing the details of my subjects, their textures and colors, is both a meditative and rewarding endeavor.
As an ardent lover of plants, spending time in the garden allows me to celebrate nature’s most compelling subjects. It allows me to observe the details of delicate buds, fragile and fragrant petals, as well as dried up treasures that litter the garden pathways.
