“Have you ever stood in front of a painting, trying to mix the perfect color, with absolutely no idea how to do it? Are you frustrated that your mixes do not work? In this class, Natalia Hicks—an art teacher, painter, and dedicated art student herself, addresses the most common questions and mistakes artists face when mixing colors.
Throughout the class, you will learn how to create harmonious color combinations, master the correct paint consistency, and practice various brushstrokes to achieve different effects. We will also explore the application of transparent glazes to add depth and enhancement to your work. To put these skills into practice, you will complete three simple still-life paintings using a limited palette. This guided process is designed to help you gain confidence in achieving both color accuracy and harmony in your future projects.” Supply List Will Be Sent to the Student.
