Bonnie Wade Mucia works in acrylic, impasto, and watercolor paints. Her love of art in childhood when she took advanced art classes then attended Rhode Island School of Design for a brief period after graduation.
“I love lots of color and texture in my work. Impasto paintings give the work a 3D look which makes the objects look as if they are coming out of the canvas. The creative process is almost meditative, and happiness and joy are displayed in my paintings.”
