Light and Shadows – Watercolor with Barbara Pecce

This class is designed for the purpose of learning and practicing the techniques of traditional transparent watercolor. Students with any level of experience are welcome. However, basic drawing skills are helpful. For the first class, bring whatever watercolor supplies you have and like to use.

Barbara Pecce is a long-time member of SOBA.  She traveled between Puerto Rico and the US.  Barbara is a founding member of the Puerto Rico Watercolor Association.  She offers workshops in watercolor and sketchbook journaling.  Barbara and her husband now lives in Bluffton, SC.
