Spring Fling: the Poetry of Pastels in Landscape with Eve Miller March 21-22

10 a.m. – 3 p.m. March 21-22 • Cost $175, member and $190, non-members

This two day workshop is based on using texture as a design element. Students will learn how to choose good reference photos, create thumbnail sketches, block in, under painting, color selection for color harmony. Eve will demo each day in addition to individual attention at the students’ easels. The goal of this workshop is to help progress in your artistic journey by providing an open, non-threatening and fun environment where all can feel successful. At the end, students will gain a solid understanding of how to proceed on your own.

About the Instructor:

Eve is a Juried Journeyer member of the Pastel Guild of Europe and Juried Member of the Women Artists of the Southeast.  She has been included in many national and international juried exhibitions. She was accepted in the Third China Pastel Exhibit at the Ming Gallery of Art in Suzhou  China. Additionally, Eve has been featured in the French magazine Pratique des Arts, July2018.
