Expand what you already know and go beyond to more interesting paintings.
Use reference photos that interest you and learn how to create a composition that will include a person (or persons) that will tell a story.
Class will cover composition, color theory and figure drawing. If you wish, bring existing work with which you have concerns.
Materials: sketch pad (at least 12 x 16”)
Paints: Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Red & Yellow, Veridian Green, Prussian Blue & Burnt Umber & Burnt Sienna
Canvas: Your choice of canvas
A supply of brushes & sketching pencils will be available
