Spend a lovely morning outside learning how to Plein Air paint with the medium of your choice! The class will start with a painting demonstration and information. Carol will share how she quickly captures the landscape in Plein Air with a plan. You will learn how to zero in on a composition, define values, identify the light source, establish a point of focus and how to see and use color effectively in your Plein Air paintings. You will learn the importance of painting light, shadows and colors from life. We will meet at the SOBA School (to borrow easels if you need them) and then head down the street to the Wright Family Park. There will be personalized teaching and individualized feedback. All skill levels welcome.
